I’m wondering if I can really break into UB or even MB and beyond using this team. I’m not sure about Sableye’s set but I need him there as a manual rain setter

Unless you really want to get up there with sableye specifically (respect if so), i think you'll be just fine with pelipper, if you position it properly; maybe swap sableye out for archaludon and dragonite for basculegion or meganium?
I’d still wanna keep sableye in case I need a manual rain setter. I’ll consider that set
