Tic Tac Object What Could Defy Inertia

Summary

In the Theory Development & Experiment Lab this announcement asks what could allow the 2004 Tic Tac object to move 60 miles in seconds. It summarizes eyewitness reports of a tic tac shape about the size of a Boeing 737, radar tracking, mirroring other aerial objects, and disappearance. The post invites physics and engineering hypotheses on anomalous propulsion and sensor artifacts.

Original Post

I’m not very knowledgeable in science but I am curious on this.

In 2004, there was a mysterious sighting of an object that was able to move very fast, randomly (able to travel 60 miles in seconds). Other than the fact there was an object that was able to move very fast, which was captured on radar, there is not much confirmed information as to what exactly it is.
Eyewitnesses reported it being shaped like a tic tac, about the size of a Boeing 737, able to mirror other aerial objects, and that it disappeared.

My inquiry is: What exactly could allow an object to perform these actions?
Also sorry if the context is too UAP/UFO based.
