Phantom Recorder 2.2.8 Released

Summary

Phantom Tools announces Phantom Recorder 2.2.8 with Snapchat chat import (sign in once, paste a snapchat.com/web link), live fetch progress with spinner and running count, faster large profile fetches, an OnlyFans locked media download fix, and X media counting improvements. This release improves reliability and speed for community scraping and downloads.

Phantom Recorder 2.2.8

New

  • Snapchat chats — sign in once, paste a chat link
(snapchat.com/web/…) and every saved photo, video and
voice note in that conversation is pulled in.
  • Live progress while fetching — a spinner and a running
count on the service chip, so long fetches don't look stuck.

Fixed

  • OnlyFans: bought chat media that showed as "locked" now
downloads when the file is available.

Improved

  • Large profiles fetch noticeably faster (each page is read
once instead of on every scroll).
  • X: "fetch up to" now counts media, not posts.
