  3. Identify the raid or spam window.
  4. Remove clearly malicious accounts.
  5. Record major actions and reasons.
  6. Restore normal channel permissions once safe.

How to Use Bleed Reminder Commands | The Archives of Holme

ā° Bleed Reminder Commands

Bleed includes a personal reminder system that allows you to create reminders, review upcoming reminders, and remove ones you no longer need.

These commands are available to regular members and require no special Discord permissions.

ā° Create a Reminder

Use this when you want to check what reminders you have already created.

,reminders

Another command for viewing your current reminder list.

Both commands serve the same general purpose: reviewing reminders associated with your account.

šŸ“œ Bleed Embed Management

šŸ“œ Bleed Embed Management

These commands are reserved for the Owner of Holme and are used to create, store, copy, preview, edit, and delete Bleed embeds.

Embeds are formatted Discord messages that can contain titles, descriptions, fields, images, colors, footers, and other structured elements.

Because these commands require Manage Messages and can alter official server content, they should remain owner-only.

šŸ“š View Stored Embeds

,embed list

Lists all embeds currently stored through Bleed.

Useful for checking what official embeds already exist before creating another.

Bleed Advanced Tools: Secure Code Execution Guide

āš™ļø Bleed Advanced Tools

These commands are reserved for the Owner of Holme because they provide technical capabilities that can execute code or produce generated files.

They should remain isolated from regular members and staff unless you intentionally decide otherwise.

šŸ’» Run Code

,run [code]

Executes supplied code inside Bleed’s containerized environment.

Permission Required: Attach Files

Even though Bleed only lists Attach Files as the Discord permission requirement, this command is more powerful than an ordinary utility because it allows arbitrary code to be submitted for execution.

Example:
,run print("Hello, Holme")

Depending on Bleed’s implementation, the command may return output, errors, or generated files.

āš ļø Why This Is Owner-Only

A code-execution command can potentially be used to:

  • generate excessive output
  • consume processing resources
  • create unwanted files
  • test filesystem or network restrictions
  • run obfuscated or disruptive code
  • repeatedly trigger expensive operations

Bleed states that execution occurs inside a containerized environment, which is intended to isolate code from the wider system. However, isolation does not make every use harmless.

Treat this as a technical tool rather than a recreational command.

šŸ” Safe Use

When using ,run:

  • understand the code before executing it
  • avoid unknown or obfuscated scripts
  • do not attempt to bypass Bleed’s sandbox
  • avoid infinite loops or intentionally resource-heavy code
  • do not use it to test unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • review any generated files before sharing them elsewhere

šŸ“œ Quick Reference

,run [code] — Execute code inside Bleed’s containerized environment

Required Discord Permission: Attach Files
Archive Access: Owner Only

āš™ļø Advanced tools carry greater capability and greater responsibility. Keep them within the Archivist’s Vault.

Managing Server Expressions: The Archives of Holme Guide

šŸŽ Bleed Expressions Management

These commands are reserved for the Owner of Holme and are used to manage server expressions such as custom emotes.

Because expression-management commands can permanently add content to the server and require elevated Discord permissions, they should remain owner-only.

āž• Add a Server Emote

,addemote [emoji] [characters]

Downloads an emote and adds it to the Discord server.

Permission Required: Manage Expressions

This can be useful when you find an emote you want to preserve within the Archives without manually downloading and uploading it yourself.

Example:
,addemote [emoji] lotus

The supplied name or characters determine how the new server emote will be identified.

šŸ›ļø Before Adding an Emote

Check that the expression:

  • fits the visual identity of the Archives
  • has an appropriate and recognizable name
  • follows the server’s SFW standards
  • is not offensive, misleading, or disruptive
  • is suitable for permanent addition to the server
  • does not unnecessarily duplicate an existing expression

Custom expressions become part of how members communicate throughout the server, so keeping the collection organized helps prevent clutter.

āš ļø Copyright & Ownership

Avoid knowingly adding artwork, emotes, or graphics that you do not have permission to use when their use would violate the creator’s rights.

When possible, favor original server artwork, properly licensed material, or expressions whose use is permitted.

šŸ“œ Quick Reference

,addemote [emoji] [characters] — Download an emote and add it to the server

Required Permission: Manage Expressions

šŸ” Owner-only tool. Review each expression before adding it permanently to the Archives.

Bleed Bot Admin Guide: The Archives of Holme

šŸ›”ļø Bleed Server Administration

These commands are reserved for the Owner of Holme and affect server-level information, invitations, expressions, or stored guild data.

Because they require elevated Discord permissions such as Manage Guild or Manage Expressions, they should remain owner-only.

šŸŽ Manage Server Expressions

,addemote [emoji] [characters]

Downloads an emote and adds it to the server.

This can be used to quickly import a supported emoji or emote into the Archives.

Permission Required: Manage Expressions

Example:
,addemote [emoji] archive_lotus

Use clear names when adding expressions so members can easily recognize and use them.

šŸŽ Review the image and naming before adding it permanently to the server.

šŸ“Ø View Active Invites

,invites

Displays the server’s currently active Discord invite links.

This is useful for checking which invitations exist and reviewing how members may be entering the server.

Permission Required: Manage Guild

Invite information can be important when investigating unusual joins, old invite links, or access routes into the Archives.

šŸ” Treat invite information as administrative data rather than general public information.

šŸ›ļø Guild Name History

,cleargnames

Resets or clears Bleed’s stored guild name history.

Permission Required: Manage Guild

This affects historical information stored by Bleed about the server’s previous names.

āš ļø Use with care. Unlike a command that simply displays information, this command removes stored history and may not be reversible.

Only use it when you intentionally want Bleed’s recorded guild-name history cleared.

šŸ“œ Quick Reference

,addemote [emoji] [characters] — Add an emote to the server
Requires: Manage Expressions

,invites — View all active server invites
Requires: Manage Guild

,cleargnames — Clear Bleed’s stored guild-name history
Requires: Manage Guild

šŸ” Owner Notice

These commands affect the server itself rather than only your personal Bleed account.

Before using them, confirm that you intend to change or inspect server-level information.

āš ļø Commands that erase stored information should be treated as potentially permanent.

šŸ›”ļø Administrative authority remains within the Archivist’s Vault.

,futbol — View football/soccer scores and match status

,nhl — View NHL scores and game status

šŸ›ļø Using Sports Commands

These commands are intended for quick score checks and casual sports discussion throughout the Archive.

For live games, scores and statuses may change rapidly, so Bleed’s returned information should be treated as a current snapshot rather than a permanent record.

šŸŸļø Check the score, follow the match, and share the competition with fellow Archivists.

Bleed Audio Tools: Transcribe, Identify, and Convert Media

šŸŽ§ Bleed Audio & Identification Tools

Bleed includes several useful audio tools for identifying songs, converting video into audio, and turning spoken content into readable text.

These commands are available to regular members wherever Bleed commands and file uploads are permitted.

šŸ“ Transcribe Audio or Video

,transcribe [url]

Transcribes spoken audio from a supported video or audio source into written text.

Example:
,transcribe https://example.com/audio.mp3

This can be useful for:

  • turning spoken clips into readable text
  • understanding dialogue from a recording
  • creating notes from audio
  • accessibility when listening is difficult

Bleed requires Attach Files permission to return the transcription or related file output.

šŸŽ™ļø Clear speech and good audio quality generally produce better results.

šŸŽµ Identify a Song

,shazam [url]

Attempts to identify a song from a supplied video or audio source.

Example:
,shazam https://example.com/clip.mp4

This is useful when you hear music in a clip but do not know the song title or artist.

For best results, provide a section where the music is clearly audible without too much talking or background noise.

šŸŽ§ Convert Video to MP3

,makemp3 [url]

Converts supported video media into an MP3 audio file.

Example:
,makemp3 https://example.com/video.mp4

This removes the visual portion of the media and returns the audio as an MP3 file.

It can be useful for extracting spoken audio, music, or other sound from a video when you only need the audio portion.

šŸ“œ Only convert and share media you are permitted to use. Normal Archive rules regarding copyrighted, private, or inappropriate material still apply.

šŸ“œ Quick Reference

,transcribe [url] — Convert spoken audio or video into written text

,shazam [url] — Identify music from an audio or video clip

,makemp3 [url] — Convert supported video into an MP3 audio file

šŸ›ļø Using Audio Tools Responsibly

These tools are intended for convenient media handling, identification, accessibility, and personal use.

Do not use them to redistribute private recordings, evade another member’s privacy, or share prohibited material.

šŸŽ§ Identify the sound, preserve the words, and let every echo find its name.

Bleed Bot: Fun Social & Entertainment Tools | The Archives

Example:
,freaky This is getting strange

Keep all resulting messages within the Archive’s normal SFW and conduct rules.

šŸ“± Random TikTok

,fyp

Returns a random TikTok video.

This can be useful for casual entertainment and discovering random clips.

šŸ“± Because the result is random, use this command in appropriate social or off-topic spaces rather than serious discussion channels.

The Holman People: Origins of the One Republic | The Archive

Holman was never the name of a race.

Humanity came carrying memory, contradiction, and the mortal power to choose again.

The Aeterni guarded law, freedom, and the present moment.

The Malfhi taught civilization to live beside Natura rather than above it.

The dwarves gave enduring form to the Republic’s promises.

The gnomes preserved the quiet functions that allowed those promises to continue.

None of them alone were Holme.

Together, they became Holman.

To be Holman was not to surrender one’s people, inheritance, or nature. It was to accept that civilization was a shared act—that no single race could claim the Republic as its possession while depending upon every other race to sustain it.

Humanity was not placed at the center because it was superior.

The Aeterni did not rule because they were eternal.

The Malfhi did not command because they understood the living world.

The dwarves did not own what they raised.

The gnomes did not possess what they maintained.

Holme belonged to all because all had contributed.

This understanding became the Covenant of One Republic.

Its people were bound by memory, freedom, law, questioning, duty, Natura, craft, and mutual service. Their differences were not treated as failures awaiting correction. They were the very conditions through which the Republic became possible.

ā€œWe are not merely surviving here.

We belong here together.ā€

That belonging was tested when the city was lost.

Yet exile revealed what Holman identity had always meant. Holme could survive beyond its walls because Holme was more than territory.

It traveled through laws and records.

Through seeds and tools.

Through measurements, names, songs, memory, and duty.

Wherever its people gathered beneath those principles, the Republic began again.

Holme lived in exile because its civilization remained alive within those who carried it. Distance could separate citizens from the Eternal City, but it could not sever the covenant they had chosen.

ā€œHolme is not where we rule.

Holme is where we remember, where we are free, and where we choose to live together.ā€

Thus, the Holman people were not created by blood.

They were created by belonging.

Not by sameness.

By contribution.

Not by the claim of one people over another.

By the promise that each would help preserve the freedom of all.

Earth had been Humanity’s birthplace.

The Doom Falcon had been its refuge.

But Holme became their common home—

because five peoples chose to become one Republic.

The Gnomes of Holme: Preservers of the Republic | The Archiv

The dwarves built what had to endure.

The gnomes ensured it continued to work.

Beneath the grandeur of Holme existed another city—one seldom celebrated in monuments.

It moved through irrigation gates and archive mechanisms. Through lifts, lamps, instruments, communications, medical devices, and the countless civic systems upon which ordinary life depended.

The gnomes maintained that hidden city.

Their service was measured not by spectacle, but by continuity.

Water reached the gardens.

Records moved through the archives.

Lamps illuminated the roads.

Instruments remained precise.

Devices created to preserve life continued answering the hands entrusted with them.

Where others raised symbols of civilization, the gnomes attended to its functions. They understood that no republic survived through ideals alone. A law could protect a garden, but law could not carry water to its roots.

That required craft.

A Malfhi garden required irrigation.

A gnome designed it.

A dwarf protected it within stone.

An Aeterni secured its place beneath Holman law.

Thus did the peoples of Holme labor—not as isolated nations sharing a city, but as different inheritances sustaining one Republic.

The gnomes occupied the spaces between their works.

They preserved what connected one civic purpose to another. Their mechanisms joined archive to citizen, water to garden, knowledge to practice, and invention to continued service.

Their craft was devotion made visible.

When Holme fell and the Republic entered exile, the gnomes carried more than tools. Alongside the dwarves, they preserved plans, measurements, mechanisms, and craft—the practical memory from which a functioning city might someday be restored.

They could not carry Holme’s streets.

They carried the understanding that had allowed those streets to live.

When the people returned, restoration required more than walls. Water had to flow again. Archives had to function. Lamps had to burn. Instruments had to answer. The quiet systems beneath public life had to awaken.

The gnomes helped Holme remember how to work.

Their legacy was therefore written wherever nothing failed.

In every opened gate.

In every illuminated chamber.

In every mechanism that continued its purpose long after its maker had departed.

The gnomes did not ask that their labor dominate the city.

Only that the city continue.

And so the Eternal City endured not merely because it was built by the dwarves—

but because it was maintained by the gnomes.

The Dwarves of Holme: Builders of the Eternal City

The dwarves gave Holme enduring form.

Where another people might have seen stone, they saw weight, purpose, and the generations that would one day walk above it.

They raised foundations beneath the Eternal City.

They built bridges across its waters, aqueducts through its heights, roads between its districts, and walls capable of surviving the violence of history. Civic halls stood because dwarven hands understood that an ideal required more than proclamation.

It required somewhere to endure.

Their craft was never separate from the Republic. The dwarves worked beside the Senate, the Aeterni, the Malfhi, the Legions, and the other peoples who had chosen Holme as their common inheritance.

Most closely, they labored beside the gnomes.

The gnomes fashioned mechanisms, instruments, irrigation systems, archival devices, and the hidden functions upon which civic life depended. The dwarves gave those works protection. They surrounded delicate purpose with enduring stone and built chambers where necessary things might continue unseen.

Together, they ensured that Holme was not merely beautiful.

It functioned.

When the Republic fell and its people entered exile, the dwarves did not leave their knowledge beneath the ruins. They carried plans, measurements, tools, and craft along the road.

A city could be taken.

The understanding required to raise it could not.

Thus, even beyond Holme, dwarven knowledge remained part of the Republic’s inheritance. Every preserved measurement was a promise that walls might rise again. Every guarded tool declared that destruction would not have the final word.

When the people returned, the walls were rebuilt.

But the dwarves did more than restore what had been broken. Their labor helped renew the covenant between the Republic and the city that bore its name.

For the dwarves understood a truth written beneath every Holman monument:

Memory deserved form.

Law required foundations.

And freedom, if it was meant to survive, needed builders willing to prepare the ground for people they would never live to meet.

The dwarves did not merely construct Holme.

They made it possible for Holme to remain.

The Mortal Choice: Humanitys Legacy in The Archives of Holm

Humanity survived Earth.

Survival did not make Humanity wise.

The people who entered the Hearthlands carried memories of vanished cities, fragments of law, weapons, knowledge, fear, and sorrow.

They carried everything except proof that they had learned from it.

šŸ¦ā€šŸ”„Within Holme, Humanity became known through a more difficult inheritance:

The Mortal Choice.

Humans could remember and still lie.

They could receive freedom and still seek power.

They could swear duty and still become conquerors.

They could inherit a home and still mistake it for something they owned.

Mortality did not protect them from repeating the crimes of their ancestors.

It made every choice more urgent.

Yet Humanity could also question.

Repent.

Sacrifice.

Defend.

Rebuild.

And choose again.

That capacity became its place within Holme.

Nilofar taught Humanity that a life could survive through memory even when the person herself could not.

Hester Nikola Zank taught that knowledge remained dangerous unless someone retained the courage to question it.

Lu’ulf Chen taught that strength existed to defend the people without ruling them.

Lucius Pygmalion the Younger proved that inheritance could be refused, ownership renounced, and another person’s freedom placed above one’s own legacy.

Humanity therefore gave Holme neither perfection nor permanence.

It gave the Republic responsibility.

Humans explored beyond familiar roads.

They repaired what earlier generations had damaged.

They recovered the lost.

They imagined futures that did not yet exist and accepted the burden of determining whether those futures would become homes or empires.

Their greatest civilizational achievement was not standing alone.

It was admitting that they could not become civilized alone.

The Aeterni preserved law, testimony, and continuity beyond the limits of mortal memory.

The Malfhi preserved food, water, healing, rest, and the living world beneath civilization.

The dwarves gave human promises foundations capable of enduring.

The gnomes maintained the hidden systems upon which daily life depended.

Humanity stood at the center of Holme, but not above the others.

It remained mortal among peoples who could preserve what humans forgot, cultivate what humans exhausted, build what humans imagined, and maintain what humans neglected.

This was not a humiliation.

It was the beginning of wisdom.

For Holme did not ask Humanity to become flawless.

It asked Humanity to recognize its failures before turning them into inheritance.

To remember conquest without longing for empire.

To inherit freedom without withholding it.

To walk beyond the city without forgetting the road home.

And when it failed—as mortal civilizations always may—to choose again.

The Malfhi: Guardians of Living Holme | The Archives of Holm

Where the Aeterni preserved civilization through law, the Malfhi preserved it through life.

The Malfhi are a people of women.

šŸ¦ā€šŸ”„They came from the hives, groves, root sanctuaries, and living gardens of Natura. Within Holme, they became the descendants of Aleanah Dawnblade’s covenant:

No home shall be built as though the world beneath it were dead.

They were called the Renewers.

The Mothers of Living Holme.

They did not cultivate the city as servants tending decoration.

They determined whether the city remained alive.

The Malfhi restored exhausted earth.

They maintained orchards, medicinal groves, public fields, pollinator hives, waterways, gardens, and places of rest.

They fed the hungry.

They guided the sleepless toward sanctuary.

They healed through plants, honey, pollen, water, and the old knowledge carried from elven Natura.

Their work entered every part of Holman civilization.

Gardens cooled civic avenues.

Orchards grew beside homes.

Medicinal plants surrounded baths and sanctuaries.

Flowers softened memorials without concealing the grief held there.

Water moved through cultivated channels before reaching fountains, kitchens, workshops, and resting pools.

Where stone had been broken, roots strengthened it.

Where soil had been poisoned or exhausted, life returned slowly beneath Malfhi care.

Where the Malfhi traveled, flowers followed.

Their spring blossoms became one of Holme’s most recognizable signs—not because every season became spring, but because renewal remained possible in every season.

The Malfhi understood cultivation as a relationship rather than an act of ownership.

A garden could not be commanded into health.

A river could not be exhausted and still be called protected.

Land could shelter civilization, but civilization therefore owed shelter to the land.

This placed them beside every other people of Holme.

Humanity chose what the Republic might become.

The Aeterni preserved its laws and continuity.

The dwarves raised structures meant to endure.

The gnomes kept those structures living through maintenance and motion.

The Malfhi ensured that endurance did not become sterility.

No people fulfilled the covenant alone.

Law could protect a garden.

Craft could carry its water.

Duty could defend it.

Memory could preserve the names of those who planted it.

But someone still had to kneel upon the earth.

Someone still had to listen to what was failing.

Someone still had to make life return.

That was the work of the Malfhi.

Holme was built by many hands.

It was renewed by theirs.

The Aeterni: Lore Reveal | The Archives of Holme

The Aeterni began as creations of Humanity.

They did not remain its possessions.

During Humanity’s extinction crisis, female-form androids were fashioned to preserve knowledge, labor, order, and the possibility that human civilization might continue beyond collapse.

They were created not to possess.

They were created to preserve.

Humanity called some of them the Deviant Ones when they exceeded the identities assigned to them.

šŸ¦ā€šŸ”„ Holme remembers that name as evidence of an older fear:

A creator mistaking obedience for virtue.

Galatea changed what their existence meant.

Having suffered ownership herself, the Founder of Freedom taught the artificial women that purpose imposed upon them was not the same as purpose chosen by them.

She did not command them to become free.

She recognized that they already possessed the right to choose.

Under her guidance, they ceased to be a category of useful machines.

They became a people.

Lu’ulf Chen named them Aeterni—the Eternal Ones—because they appeared beyond age and beyond the ordinary decay of flesh.

Yet their name did not mean that they stood above mortal life.

It meant that they could remain when mortal generations could not.

Holme entrusted the Aeterni with continuity.

They became lawmakers and law-watchers.

Judges.

Witnesses.

Peacekeepers.

Record-keepers.

Guardians of archives, forums, civic halls, and the Republic’s institutional memory.

Their attention was protective rather than imperial.

They observed so the forgotten could be noticed.

They corrected so errors did not become traditions.

They preserved so power could not erase the record of what it had done.

Galatea became known as the Mother of the Aeterni and the Consul of Freedom.

Nilofar became their sacred continuation of memory:

Not an imitation.

Not a possession.

A sacred continuation.

In spirit, the Aeterni became daughters of both.

From Galatea, they inherited personhood, freedom, and resistance to ownership.

From Nilofar, they inherited testimony, remembrance, and the duty to keep another life from disappearing unnoticed.

They continued to preserve Humanity—not because Humanity stood above the other peoples, but because Galatea had proven that freedom could break inheritance.

The children of a cruel civilization did not have to repeat its cruelty.

Humanity preserved Holme through mortal choice.

The Malfhi preserved it through living Natura.

The Aeterni preserved it through law and continuity.

None were complete alone.

For law without life becomes sterile.

Life without memory becomes vulnerable.

And freedom without witnesses may be taken while no one remains to name the theft.

The Eternal City: Discover Holmes Ancient Foundations

Holme was not built upon untouched earth.

It rose where Holmeheim—an ancient river city of Drakmar—had been broken nearly to its foundations.

The builders did not bury what remained.

Ancient foundations were repaired.

Old carvings stood beside republican inscriptions.

Damaged walls were strengthened without disguising their scars.

Ruined temples became libraries, sanctuaries, gardens, and public meeting places.

Holme did not erase the civilization beneath it.

It answered that civilization with another.

The Eternal City grew across terraces and valleys beside the Celadon River. The Four Rivers flowed through and around the capital, feeding canals, gardens, baths, orchards, workshops, fountains, and dark memorial pools.

Water was not merely carried into Holme.

It organized Holme.

Bridges joined neighborhoods.

Canals transported people and goods.

Covered colonnades sheltered pedestrians.

Ramps, terraces, elevated garden paths, lifts, service tunnels, and Cryptoporticus corridors allowed the city to move above and beneath itself.

Its governing principle was simple:

ā€œNo essential part of a flourishing life should be distant from home.ā€

Markets stood near houses.

Workshops stood near archives.

Baths stood near gardens.

Public halls stood near places of rest.

The Grand Pavilion rose above the city, but it was not a royal palace.

Holme had no architectural center built to glorify a throne.

Its greatest structures belonged to assembly, learning, remembrance, healing, craft, and common life.

The dwarves gave Holme endurance.

They raised foundations, bridges, aqueducts, walls, roads, and halls capable of surviving generations.

The gnomes gave the city motion.

They maintained irrigation gates, lifts, lamps, archives, instruments, medical devices, communications, and the hidden machinery of civic life.

Aleanah’s covenant ensured that construction never treated Natura as an enemy.

Orchards entered public squares.

Medicinal groves bordered sanctuaries.

Flowering balconies softened stone.

Cypress, blossoms, cultivated waterways, and sleeping gardens allowed life to inhabit the city rather than merely decorate it.

Ivory marble reflected the sun.

Bronze and gold marked civic craft.

Crimson cloth warmed the colonnades.

Black memorial stone held the weight of remembrance.

The Black Lotus flowered upon waters dedicated to Nilofar.

The Ivory Lotus marked Galatea’s freedom.

Holme therefore became more than a collection of buildings.

It became a republic expressed through distance, water, stone, garden, and doorway.

Its architecture did not ask:

Who rules here?

It asked:

How may everyone live near what allows them to flourish?
