๐ด ATTENDANCE POLICY
Attendance at the SSU is MANDATORY for all members.
โ EXCUSED ABSENCE
An absence will only be considered excused if:
- You have a legitimate reason you cannot attend
- You notify Staff BEFORE 7:00 PM
- You contact Staff through DM or [#STAFF-CONTACT-CHANNEL]
โ UNEXCUSED ABSENCE
Your absence will be considered unexcused if:
- You do not show up
- You fail to notify Staff before the SSU
- You only tell another member instead of Staff
- You leave the SSU without Staff approval
โ ๏ธ Important: Simply posting in general chat does NOT count as notifying Staff.
๐ Repeated unexcused absences may result in administrative action, up to and including removal from the server or department.
During the SSU, we will go over:
