r/Lebanon: Advice for Hayata Holiday Home

Summary

In r/Lebanon community this post requests advice on a Hayata holiday home listing that has seen low demand. Members are asked to weigh in on location visibility, a 66 per night price point, photo quality and listing details on Airbnb and Booking to help improve occupancy and support a local friend.

Advice on this holiday home listing in Lebanon for a friend seems that demand is low. Is the location bad? Price too high?

Hi everyone,

I wanted some advice perhaps on the pictures or price on this listing for a very lovely and close family friend on Airbnb and Booking in Hayata who is not working so this could be a way to make an income and I am trying to support as I thought why not seeming as I can use my tech skills to help them. I did manage to get them a few stays back in July and August but it’s been really silent lately. Do you have any advice for us. Perhaps it’s because the location is not well known? Price too high at 66/pn? Not sure.

Thanks all :)
