The announcement describes a possibly buggy address page, unclear error messages, and What3Words not working reliably in Lebanon, raising a concern for others awaiting deliveries.
Anyone uses Aramex Shop and Ship ?
I have this problem with my package in Shop and Ship and somehow it had to happen during the time they're closed. I tried to change the delivery address but still nothing. I think it's buggy the delivery address page like I tried to change it a lot but most time doesn't work and the website doesn't tell what's wrong when I enter a address or change it. I think it's buggy or maybe inaccurate for Lebanon like what3words seems not working when I add it.
