Lebanon Ceasefire Deal Sparks Debate Over Terms

Summary

In r/Lebanon, this announcement questions the terms and fairness of a proposed ceasefire, including Israeli withdrawal, Hezbollah’s disarmament and position relative to the Litani River. It also raises concerns about Iran’s reported frozen assets and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, issues with major implications for Lebanon and the region.

I see Isnotreal’s angle here.

This “ceasefire” is a very bad deal for Isnotreal. Essentially they would have to go back to there side of the border (which they spent months taking) with zero guarantee that hezb would be disarmed, or even north of the Litani river, why would they agree to that deal? Also this deal is bad for everyone except Iran, they get 12 Billion in frozen assets back, and 300 Billion in the future to sell the “nuclear dust” to the US?! I mean Trump might be the stupidest person ever. No agreement that Isnotreal would be off our land, no agreement that hizb would disarm, no agreement that hizb would be north of the Litani river, the reopening of the strait of Hormuz even though it was open before the war, and Iran gets money of the deal.
