PCOS/PMOS support in Lebanon (Affordable)

Shortcuts from my terrible PCOS PMOS experiment in Lebanon (& what works!)

I saw so many people post about an OBGYN for pcos/pmos and wanted to share shortcuts from my experience.

Please & i mean PLEASE! learn from all my mistakes.

I went to SO many obgyn's each one worse than the other.

At AUBMC, CMC, etc etc etc - the best doctor is Dr. Rafka Bou Habib. She is the BEST.

But, unless you have insurance coverage - you are likely (fkd) :(

I see so much about how to heal pcos online - from different herbs, routines, things to do not do, girls in their early 20s trying to sell you their affiliate codes or teas or medicines or lord knows what.

PLEASE HEAR ME OUT!

all clinical research for non hormal (aka no birth control) ways of supporting PCOS is

  1. GLUCOPHAGE - metformin; tackles insulin resistance - the engine that keeps your pcos running.

  2. FOR EXTREME CASES: Celine - herbal supplement, every herb you'd see all tik tokers, doctors, naturopaths, dietitians, and infleuncers say you need for $1.4/day. get it. its worth it.

Pleaseeee remember - PCOS can be managed & not healed - but it is worth the try with the right medical support!

i did not have my period for 6 years & those 2 things really helped when it came to medical intervention.
