This is a personal hot take
Idk if y’all been through pain before and such
But people usually has problems with either school, people, anything in particular
And I’ve been kinda stuck in the past for awhile and can’t ever let go of it
I pretend that sometimes everything will be okay and although i do not like pain and trauma
I always keep my mind occupied to something else to ease off the bad memories
I’ve done all of this and that
But sometimes it always keeps on coming back to me
It’s like I’m just stuck on a loop forever now
Do y’all relate to this?

Sometimes actions of the past can be so engraved into us that we struggle on a much deeper level to look forward, so instead of trying to make urself fully let go of the past but rather acknowledge it and see what can be done to help your future self and what u can do in the present without feeling so helpless abt what has already happened
