I don't skip breakfast for health reasons. I don't American food either. I always eat a typical Korean breakfast since I'm Korean

Nah it should be the opposite actually. First meal of the day should be a little heavier while dinner can be lighter.

Every breakfast cereal is basically junk. Sure some a lot worse than others.
Then eat whatever you want, theres a lot you could eat. And eggs taste good if you know how to make them properly. But if you’re trying to lose weight then yea you can do intermittent fasting nothing wrong with that
Replace them with oats, they taste better (if you make them properly) and are healthier

Eh breakfast is underrated like if u eat healthy stuff all of a sudden ur not becoming fat, breakfast food can be stuff like fruits so have a apple or orange with some yogurt once a week and ur chilling
