Hi, I was one of the giveaway winners for the flex friday tshirts a while back and never received it. Any updates?

I’ve been trying to create an account, but it won’t let me complete the process no matter what I try. I’m not even getting to the stage where I can take a picture of my ID.

I first tried signing up with my primary email address, [email protected]. When that did not work, I tried again using the alias [email protected] because I thought the first email address might be causing the problem.

I am only trying to create one account. I’m now concerned that these two attempts may look like I was trying to create two different accounts and could result in me being (word it won’t let me post).

Could someone please help me understand what is going wrong and make sure the team knows that I was only troubleshooting the registration issue, not intentionally trying to create multiple accounts?

How do I fix this? My profile is like glitched like its syncing problem. Its been like this a while now. I did clear cache, deleted app, logged out. Or maybe ik doing something wrong.

Hello, I recently re-downloaded prizepicks and logged in without a problem and made deposit and as soon as I went to make an entry, it said I can’t same thing with withdrawing and when I try to chat with support, I get an automated email with a link for something to fill out which I did and verified and the chat closes automatically. I filled that form out last week and still haven’t been able to access my prizepicks account.

Hello there! I'm trying to sign up for PrizePicks on my phone, but I can't seem to get past the address verification step. I've tried contacting support, but nothing has come back to me. What can I do? Thanks in advance!
