I’ve been going back and forth with aeropay support, and they emailed me this. How do I fix this? It’s preventing me from withdrawing and has been going on for 3 weeks now.

Hey, thanks for sharing all of this and sorry it’s been such a long delay. From Aeropay’s email, it looks like your new email needs to be fully verified on the PrizePicks side before withdrawals will go through, since your old one was an Apple private relay address and wasn’t getting MFA codes.
At this point the next step is to reach out directly to PrizePicks Live Support in the Help Center and let them know Aeropay has already updated your email and asked for it to be verified on their end. They can take a closer look at your account and help get the email verified so you can withdrawal.
