The bot doesn't remember that it brought people a quarantine roll after they broke the rules
The one who received it can leave the server and come back and nothing will happen

The bot for some reason cannot give timeout even though it has all the Permissions

Yes, of course, these are members
yeah, this permission issues is on still our bug log, we havent had a chance to fix it yet
i dont think thats something our bot can do, its entirely a Disocrd issues, when a user leaves and comes back, the past role doesnt carry over, i believe that we give you a warning, something like this user previously got warnd or banned joined again
The bot would return the roll every time a user returned to the server. Maybe it's a bug in Discord?
