This should address all the misfires for image related moderations and it will start handle other things like the mt beast scam images
Btw if you have any images that were wrongly flagged feel free to share them here, that will help testing our new system for sure!

Like they can get hacked 1 day or just wanna send it. People changing. It happend before with my experience
Or example mr beast scam, if i give (event counting) and then they got hacked
if you undo the moderation action it will be like it never happened so it will erase their record of them "doing something bad"
But just for this case, if the user did/does something else that gets a moderation alert that's essentially an independent event from this
