Mastering VGC: Competitive Pokémon Team Building Advice

https://pokepast.es/857035d5c5110c3f

This is the base of my new team, I don't know what megas to use or what else to use with those pokémon, I chose Farigiraf because I always struggle with Trick Room and a lot of people like playing fast (Garchomp Z, Raichu Y etc...) I am open to suggestions, I like this "balance" core, the moves can be changed to make the team better, the ev spreads were taken from top players but we can work on those too! I am aiming for champion tier btw.

Pokémon VGC Team Building Help: Indeedee & Torkoal Core

So the surprise factor of my team is the scarf after you Indeedee male with torkoal.

Indeedee mainly baits kingambit, gholdengo and rillaboom which are food for torkoal eruption.

I am looking to complete the team with 1 trickroom setter (I am thinking of farig with thunderbolt to ko peli with give me trouble with wide guard, modest farig ohko most bulky peli) and 1 trickroom sweeper to put less burden on Indeedee and 1 mega pokemon

The last pokemon has to be something which is fast so I don't rely on trickroom much and has to be super good into incin, archaludon and t-tar as they may deny the trickroom or can give my team a lot of trouble.

Atlast, I don't know why but I am not comfortable with using any mega and most of the times I bench my mega bcuz my non mega are much better on most matchups.
Any help for that ?

Sand psyspam team

https://pokepast.es/60c3171a2e0060f7

I am running a Sand psyspam team using Mega salamence and Mega gardevoir two powerful megas in the current meta. I primarily need help with building my Tyranitar and forming potential answers against 2 big threats that i am worried about: Gholdengo and Archaludon.

This team's primary mode is with sand salamence mode, using salamence to break through the scary fighting types that ttar and excadrill hate while excadrill uses the sand to speed up and maul the shit out of any fairy types that go against salamence and tyranitar.

The psyspam mode needs very little explanation between the two dynamic duos. But corviknight was a pick i went for because of its great defensive typing, longevity and a great psychic seed user that can be played inside of trick room (hence the choice of curse over bulk up).

Optimizing Sand Teams for VGC: Strategy & Team Building

So i came across this sand team by the Sand Guy himself, Joseph Ugarte, and i really like it

https://pokebase.app/pokemon-champions/team-builder?team=6a06db1bed189d665f165790

Well its a bit outdated so i tried to improvise it and guess what i ended up with.
A standard, boring sand team.
Well if you guys have any suggestions or know how to make the team a bit more interesting, do let me know.

How to Counter Archaludon in Pokémon VGC | Team Building Hel

It’s the Bridge. It’s always the bridge. Maybe I’m just miss playing but rain teams just give me problems, most specifically Archuladon. When I can get into a position to double it easily then I can get it down, it’s just usually at the cost of losing a Pokémon.

Any help would be great, I am almost done at work and I can answer questions then

Building a Weird Sun Team: VGC Strategy & Discussion

hey i just made this weird team. im pretty sure its not good lmao, i want thoughts on the team.

https://pokepast.es/0ebf3df6766a29fb

Idea is basically Zardy with sun boosted Armarouge heat wave + Expanding force combo with mega gard and indeedee F. It has a trick room mode and Zardy likes trick room when there are faster mons like Yaichu or Zchomp. Psychic seed sneasler works well with psyspam so why not. Final addition was Venu cause it takes advantage of the sun with chlorophyll. I originally used a life orb venusaur set with earth power over sleep powder cause i hate inaccurate moves but i settled on bulky big root giga drain (im pretty sure this is a bad idea lmao) with sleep powder-simply because i find it interesting (doesn’t mean i think its good). If anyone has any suggestions, please do let me know.

Building a Mega Froslass VGC Team Without Hisuian Arcanine

I am a big Mega Froslass fan and want to use it for the next season, but most of the teams out there need Hisuian Arcanine (I do understand the concept since I've used similar teams) but I don't want to use that thing, because one more head smash miss and I might just lose it.

So the problem becomes I need a team featuring Mega Froslass that doesn't rely on the dog, but I don't know where to start as my only other rock types are Lycanroc - midday and Aerodactyl.

VGC Team Building Help: Optimizing Your Pokémon Core

Basically I've been using this team for like a week or so but I have a problem. I only use the same 4 mons in the same order - archaludon indeede in the lead and golisopod and peliper in the back. The 2 other mons just dont do anything and I just never bring them and never feel like I should be bringing them and even with these 4 I have like 80% winrate with this team (yes I am at pretty low rank at like 1600 elo) but its better than anything I've played in champions so far.
So I just want to hear some suggestions for overall team improvements and the last 2 mons specifically.
