Hello when I made my account I misspelled my email and wanted to change my email address but the customer service representative said I need to upload an ID. I wasn’t home at the time and he said it’s fine and to reach back when I uploaded later, but now I am home and I tried logging into my PrizePicks to upload my email and I was signed out. And whenever I sign in with Face ID or the email that I mistyped it sends a confirmation link but I don’t have that email because it doesn’t exist. So can anyone help me on to change my email because this is really frustrating especially since the UFC fight is coming up
It’s been like this the whole day
I emailed them back a couple of times and finally reached a customer support
And they emailed me back
I’m back in my account tho
