On December 19th we will be haveing a book club meeting here in the server where we will discuss the current read AND we will be haveing a book club movie night and watching Jim Henson's film " the labyrinth." To go along with the current read
The current read is available on kindle unlimited for free, Amazon for 15$((paper back)), and Walmart for 15$((paper back))

It's 15 hours, which, I agree, isn't that long, but not half bad considering how much audiobooks usually cost.
My question is... do they calculate your time listening, or the audiobook time at 1.0 speed?
Because I will usually listen at 1.5-1.8 with no book, and then 2.5 if I have the book in front of me.

I'm a little slow, and finally was able to get into chapter 1 this morning (not quite finished it, but close) -- semi-triggering on those feelings, though. 😅
So glad your enjoying it! Most people think all girls read smut for is the spice but the plot is what gets some of us
I understand what you mean with the semi-triggering feelings but if you stick with it there's alot of personal growth from trauma❤️
Thats okay but some of the details in the spicy scenes do come back later for plot keep that in mind

To be fair, I listened to a large chunk during work hours. I don’t think I’d have time otherwise if I didn’t do an audiobook.

But I get it, I like the dramatized versions of some books, like Fourth Wing. But in book 2, because they got Tairn’s voice wrong in book 1, then the pulled the guy from TikTok that everyone was in love with. 🤗
