Phantom Recorder 1.10.1 — New Date & Performance Fixes

Every tile now says when the post is from — and the grid is finally in date order.
New
- Post date on every tile, written the same way the file is named. The large view adds the time.
- Newest first. Neither platform hands results back in date order — both put pinned posts at the front, so the newest post was regularly not the first tile. Pinned ones are marked instead of deciding the order.
- Since: narrow a profile to 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or a year. Not just a filter — both stop fetching early: measured, a TikTok walk went from 24s to 10s and Instagram from 20s to 5s.
- Already saved is shown on the tile, so a second visit shows what's new.
- The NEW badge now survives a restart — closing the program used to count as having looked.
Fixed
- Instagram: short and popular names work again (@lea and the like). Two causes: the search never returns them, and the browser fallback was blocked by the story watch holding the same browser profile.
- TikTok photo posts had no date at all and were filed under the day you downloaded them. A four year old slideshow now lands under its real date.
- The preview cache never worked. Instagram rewrites part of every image address, so the same thumbnail was stored again on every visit — 4558 files and 266 MB on a normal install, and nothing ever cleaned up. First launch frees that space; that's meant to happen.
- A recording that couldn't get a fresh stream address gave up silently. It says why now.
