What it's still going?

ironlizard-25

So, what decision does everyone make?

ironlizard-25

Keep or Abort?

ironlizard-25

Who will decide it?

ironlizard-25

I don't know what you guys think about me but it's always better to end a story, if it's going to be full of curses.

brighteagle-49

Who's banning it?
Abortion is a personal choice "her choice", and one should always use protection !!!!

brighteagle-49

Facts

Hey there, after reading whoooooooleeeeeee Convo, what I wanna say is that everything has two sides like a coin, nothing is completely right or wrong, if we talk about abortions I mentioned certain cases to justify it as these cases are majorly the reason why there's a need of abortion and we can't ignore these circumstances even if it includes minority, but yea in certain circumstances abortion is wrong as well and I agree with that too, like sometimes the parents abort the child if it is handicapped or mentally weak so rather taking the responsibility they prefer to withdraw, which is not something that I support but that also doesn't mean we should completely ban abortions as it has a negative side but then also something on the positive side as well, and considering both sides we can totally leave it upon the parents whether they wanna abortion or not as all the circumstances matter, and when it comes to punishments it should completely based on under which circumstance the parents chose abortion

Like I already said, if you believe abortions should be permitted regardless of the circumstances, then the circumstances you’re talking about can’t be the only reason you believe abortions should be permitted. You must provide a reason for the ordinary case

@happycactus-77 Like I already said, if you believe abortions should be permitted regardless of the circumstances,…
vividbridge-89

In conclusion what my opinion is that it should be allowed in certain circumstances so that people don't take it's evil advantage

vividbridge-89

Period

happycactus-77

What about in the ordinary circumstance?

happycactus-77

I brought it up earlier but suppose a woman has consensual s## with her lawfully wedded husband and has the finances to support herself and her child? If she still wants an abortion then, would it be okay?

vividbridge-89

It totally depends on her deeds, if she does not wish to plan a child yet she is allowed to get an abortion and no one should be allowed to interfere in her personal decisions... But if we talk about the circumstance in which everything is gng grt, financially, physically, mentally but the child is gng through certain conditions and bcz of the 'pride' and 'bubble reputation' of family they do not wanna give birth to child then it should be punishable

@vividbridge-89 It totally depends on her deeds, if she does not wish to plan a child yet she is allowed to get an…
happycactus-77

See this is my exact point that even without all the terrible circumstances, you still believe that abortion should be up to the mother. So those circumstances don’t really matter at all in whether you think it’s okay, because you think it would be okay regardless. So why is it okay to have an abortion even if everything is perfect but she just doesn’t want it?

happycactus-77

Does it not have a right to life?

happycactus-77

Parents don’t have the authority to kill their children

@happycactus-77 Parents don’t have the authority to kill their children
embernoodle-23 OP

They're the ones who brought them into this world tho

happycactus-77

So any parent can kill their children?

@happycactus-77 So any parent can kill their children?
embernoodle-23 OP

if not born yet, sure

embernoodle-23 OP

its not even killing

embernoodle-23 OP

it is just you tryna potray it that way

happycactus-77

How is it not killing lol that’s literally basic science that it is

happycactus-77

An embryo/fetus is a living human organism which means it is biologically alive and belonging to the species homo sapiens

happycactus-77

An abortion is literally ending that human life… aka killing it

@embernoodle-23 it is just you tryna potray it that way
happycactus-77

It’s not just me that portrays it that way it’s literally basic science but you would probably deny the science

@happycactus-77 It’s not just me that portrays it that way it’s literally basic science but you would probably deny…
embernoodle-23 OP

A lot of these kids die from hunger or get neglected, you don’t cry about them. If they had been aborted at the right time, none of that would’ve happened to them. But let’s control women that’s the easiest thing to do

happycactus-77

Thanos also believes in eliminating people to reduce suffering 😂

happycactus-77

I get that you want to reduce suffering but eliminating people isn’t exactly the right solution for it

@happycactus-77 I get that you want to reduce suffering but eliminating people isn’t exactly the right solution for…
embernoodle-23 OP

its the easy way out bro

happycactus-77

It’s definitely the easy way out but when faced with a hard decision it’s almost always better to not take the easy way out

happycactus-77

Once you start taking the easy way out, your whole life becomes a constant chain of “taking the easy way out” whenever faced with a difficult decision

happycactus-77

We choose to go to the moon and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard

@happycactus-77 We choose to go to the moon and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they ar…
embernoodle-23 OP

got your point but suffering shouldn't be glorified bro.

happycactus-77

Life should be glorified over death

@happycactus-77 Life should be glorified over death
embernoodle-23 OP

That's another take

embernoodle-23 OP

Finally, we got someone sane

happycactus-77

Nobody has bodily autonomy to the level they can terminate someone else’s life btw

sharpdolphin-67

Abortion Debate YES

@embernoodle-23 Finally, we got someone sane
happycactus-77

Ngl Im glad to see how many people have woken up to realize how terrible abortion is

@happycactus-77 Ngl Im glad to see how many people have woken up to realize how terrible abortion is
embernoodle-23 OP

It doesn't matter, they're just a bunch of teens

@happycactus-77 Ngl Im glad to see how many people have woken up to realize how terrible abortion is
vividbridge-89

If it's terrible then it's also beneficial at some point, so we can't js say to ban it and however it will be the woman at the end of the day to bear all that pain so it's totally her choice whether she wanna bear that or not and whether she's ready for a child yet or not

@vividbridge-89 If it's terrible then it's also beneficial at some point, so we can't js say to ban it and however…
happycactus-77

Again nobody has the bodily autonomy to the extent to end the life of another human

@happycactus-77 Again nobody has the bodily autonomy to the extent to end the life of another human
vividbridge-89

But a woman is the one who has the capability to bring a life so it's definitely her choice

happycactus-77

Having the capability to bring life does not mean you have the authority to take it

@happycactus-77 Having the capability to bring life does not mean you have the authority to take it
vividbridge-89

See, you are absolutely correct in moral terms but that doesn't make my point invalid, there can be different conclusions at the same time as I said earlier so directly imposing the fact that abortion is bad and it should be banned is not correct even, you have to understand other factors as well so there's no pure white or black in it the term is little greyish

vividbridge-89

People have different perspectives on this topic and that's completely fine but judging someone who has done abortion is not correct even, no?

vividbridge-89

Exactly and that happens bcs the parent never wanted to bring them to life so instead of doing abortion they go with the flow and later the child has to bear the stress

vividbridge-89

Yea correct, but at the end of the day we have to respect everyone's pov on this as no one is completely wrong or right in this topic

@vividbridge-89 See, you are absolutely correct in moral terms but that doesn't make my point invalid, there can be…
happycactus-77

There are certain conclusions that are just flat out wrong morally
