Summary
The Optimum Realism community has identified a bug where 3D texture depth fails to render correctly despite having POM and LabPBR enabled. While users initially investigated shader settings and mod configurations, it was confirmed that the issue stems from the latest version of the resource pack. A fix is currently in development and will be released soon to restore full 3D depth functionality for all blocks.
I have every additional mod installed for the iris setup, and have tried multiple of the different recommended shaders. I'm currently using BSL and still am not having any luck. I managed to get texture depth with other RPs so I am curious if there may be a potential solution to this. Other info is that Optimum is the prioritized in the resource pack list, and I am also using Distant Horizons.
Any help would greatly be appreciated

Use Kappa, enable POM
I did prior to this. I guess I'll just start a new instance and reconfigure
Yeah still no luck. Weird
Which blocks are you comparing?
All of them. None of them have 3D depth with optimum, but with a pack like legendary rt Java all of them have 3D depth. Same shader, same settings
Honestly there's probably not much you can help with. Everything should be working. So clearly there's some obscure factor that I have to locate
Yea, not sure why it wouldn't work.
i found this out today that all the textures on the newest version do not have depth and yes i told atmosphere of tech

yes found the problem
will be fixed soon
