Subscribe to Events Quest Not Completing

Hi, I am having an issue with the "subscribe to events" quest in my server. I have followed all the series, of all events, but the quest doesn't change to completed?
I have checked the "quest details" of what's required too and have followed those steps...

If you have an invite link I'm happy to troubleshoot it there as well (to try the quest and see the logs)

Since people have different quests, I may not get back to you today....theres no specific bot permissions needed or extra channels to follow relating to that particular quest you know of in the meantime?
I'm assuming you're an admin in this server, in which case permissions shouldn't be an issue (things like events in private channels)
Is it possible you edited the event after receiving the quest but before attempting completion?
Yes i am admin.....I was thinking maybe since I was already following the events....Ill check with someone else and try it again....I just wanted to ask first in case im being stupid lol
Normally, if you followed the event prior to getting the quest it will be completed automatically
That's why this is kind of weird
