Let's not justify any of the groups which fought in those other events as their civilian people were stuck in power grabs fueled by politics then, they're all evil and should've just sat back and allowed it all to happen to them
EVEN the why you are talking about justifys nothing
we can all see there is evil everywhere, sure some people are innocent and all, but there is some things people cant ignore which makes people achieve hatred or fear towards things.
And why kill the people in the hospital?? If you actually blame hamas why bomb the damn hospital acting like no innocent people are there
It places the blame on Hamas bro

Ok i need to be fr
It places on both most on isreal
If a 200 passenger commercial airliner was hijacked and headed toward a building with a thousand people in it and the government shot down the plane, who is to blame for the 200 casualties?
Blame the news for spreading to much hatred
And google

The government or the terrorist hihackers?
Man
(The answer is obvious here)
We wouldn’t say that the deaths of those people are justified. We just blame the people who created the situation that got them killed
Litterly 2 different scenarios
Terrorists who hide among civilians so their opponents won’t attack them and threaten the safety of more innocent civilians? It’s the same concept
I’m not trying to justify anything I’m stating the facts🤣🤣🤣bros mad at facts
You’re the one obsessing about justifying
Yawn
I will say this with the longest text i can so you can see this and i will leave bc this argument is just going in circles....trying to use a hijacked plane analogy to justify bombing hospitals completely fails on basic international law and reality on the ground
first under Article 19 of the Fourth Geneva Convention medical facilities are granted absolute special protection. even if a military claims a hospital is being used for military purposes they cannot just blow it up. international law strictly mandates giving a clear warning with a reasonable time limit and you can only act if that warning is ignored. Israel systematically strikes and besieges hospitals without fulfilling these strict legal prerequisites.
second international law requires strict proportionality and distinction. in your plane analogy shooting down the aircraft is a last resort to stop an immediate unavoidable disaster happening in seconds. dropping heavy unguided munitions on entire hospital complexes packed with hundreds of ICU patients, newborns in incubators, and thousands of displaced civilians to target alleged individual militants fails every single legal test of distinction and proportionality.
third the scale makes the analogy completely ridiculous. we are not talking about one isolated incident under extreme duress—we are talking about the systematic dismantling and destruction of literally every single hospital and healthcare facility across the entire Gaza Strip. trying to frame the complete destruction of a territory's entire medical system as a quick "hijacked plane scenario" is pure PR spin that no international court or legal body accept
Have a nice day
If the terrorists shoot missiles at Tel Aviv from a hospital in Gaza, Israel is going to prioritize protecting their own citizens over the citizens of their enemies
There is difference between systemic destruction and imminent threat 😭🥀

And you are the one saying bombing hospitals is justified bc hamas is the one to blame but clearly many innocent people died 😬
A militant group, such that is common in most conflicts where one of the sides doesn't have an official army fighting for that sides people
Ur literally obsessed with the word justified I’ve never tried to justify anything. I genuinely think you’re stupid
Bro trina justify crimes against humanity by a hostage situation son im cringe it says more abt u tho thinking those 200 are just disposable

Damn ur cringe ok💔
“Palestine has history tied to the land.” “Jews do too” “Oh so you’re justify the killing of innocents???”
That’s how dumb you sound
Oh yeah you don't justify anything but you are completely good with israel bombing a hospital full of innocent people while clearly breaking international law
Shooting missiles into a densely populated city is also an imminent threat. Iron Dome only stops about 90% of missiles so that means 10% are landing somewhere. The Israeli military should take swift action to protect their own people over the people of their enemies who should have never been put into harms way by Hamas
Lmaoo
Literally no. It’s your own evidence like it’s helping your argument but you’re not stating the full facts.
Israel breaking international law is a fact 😭
Bro do u know how urban siges work 😭🥀
And Hamas does too what’s ur point cuh
Hamas also breaks international law 😭😭 a lot
You hold Israel to perfect wartime standards you would never hold Hamas to
Black and white ahhh thinking 😭🥀
Let's attack the enemies people because patriotism is great and we must be selfish and protect and our nations people only 🥀
Say that to abudullah
Replied to u for a reason

I don’t think anyone here is gonna deny that Israel hasn’t broken any international laws. It happens a lot in like pretty much every war ever. But holding Israel to perfect standards when their enemies dgaf is insane
Yeah where the hell is the brown and Latinos (bad joke ik, bored)
bro citing hamas violations doesn't change how international law works because humanitarian law is non-reciprocal. one party committing war crimes never gives another party a legal green light to drop civilian protections, starve a population, or destroy survival infrastructure. international tribunals like the ICC and ICJ hold every side accountable to the law, not pass out free passes because the other side broke the rules.
😭
