steadyknight-96 OP

I almost never bringing Gholdengo and Sinistcha in matches, and i'm really thinking if i should switch one of them, also i have been struggling A LOT against Trick Room teams. so, i would like to know what i could do with them or the other members of the team

Clarifications:
Not max HP on Grimmsnarl and sinistcha: i've did that so then their HP would be divisble by 4 so then i can get max recover from Hospilaty/Life Dew and use the rest in more defense.

1 HP Pelipper: same reason as GRimmsnarl and Sinistcha, max Hospilaty/Life Dew recovery and then use the rest in defense.

12 Speed Gholdengo: Outspeed most mons in tailwind.

If there is anything you think is odd and i did't talked here, let me know!

That’s probably because Gholdengo is not great at the moment
I would HIGHLY recommend playing a steel type mega evolution instead

There are good options, like Metagross and Scizor

I've already tried Metagross, but i almost never used it as well, but i will consider mega scizor

You’re not meant to use it much, it’s mainly a matchup check for Floette most times

steadyknight-96 OP

Ok, but i think i dont really have to use him, since Swampert is so strong that it can OHKO floette with Wave Crash, but i think i can use it anyways

happykitten-50

Hmmm
Swampert shouldn’t usually do that unless it’s max attack swampert and no bull floette

steadyknight-96 OP

14+ Atk Swampert-Mega Wave Crash vs. 26 HP / 2 Def Floette-Mega in Rain: 187-222 (106.8 - 126.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO - (28.8 - 28.8% recoil damage)

IDK the normal spread of Bulky floette that is regularly used on Reg M-B but this one i used when i was learning about how the meta played on Reg M-A

happykitten-50

Huh fair enough

Do you think that Switch Gholdengo for Mega Mawile and put Trick Room on sinistcha for a Trick Room mode is a good idea?

happykitten-50

That’s actually the exact team I play haha

happykitten-50

Except with Farig instead of Sinistcha

steadyknight-96 OP

I have been also consedering put farig on the team since the start of the reg, i've loved blocking priority with queenly majesty tsareena in Reg M-A, but i thinked that the recovery from sinistcha was better

happykitten-50

It’s up to you!

steadyknight-96 OP

Ok, thanks for the help

Evs are weird

ironpanther-10

bulky floette runs 2hp 31def

ironpanther-10

it survives gambit ironhead that way, or other strong physical moves, especially with some well played intimidates

ironpanther-10

So I consider running max atk Swampert

steadyknight-96 OP

i already runned it, but i prefer using just 14 EVs and adamant for more bulk and still being able to outspeed most Scarf users in rain

@ironpanther-10 bulky floette runs 2hp 31def
steadyknight-96 OP

just run calcs and it's OHKO 93.8% of the time LMAO

steadyknight-96 OP

also if i was really worried about it just 2 more EVs is enough to make it guaranteed
