Alright. I guess this is the end of our conversation, can't argue for long anyways
The meaning is scrapped, I don't see how actual meaning can be given through a prompt too, a story has more meaning just by seeing how it's written, art is the visual manifestation of a story often too
Like did I make a pizza just because I choose topping which go on my pizza ? That's insult to the chef
People gonna start writing books using ai too, like leave my fan fics alone
They already did lol, got called out for it too
Alright. I guess this is the end of our conversation, can't argue for long anyways
You just don't see that they also put in effort into what they do too
They don't see our effort but think narrow-mindedly about what we think about and why we will never see any value in AI generation in the first place, also they're not the only hated ones in the art industry
WHAT efforts
I understand the concerns about AI, especially its environmental impact, but saying AI is completely useless is too broad. AI is already used in education, research, accessibility, and many everyday technologies. It is also becoming a major part of modern life, so simply getting rid of it is not realistic. Instead, we should focus on using it responsibly and reducing its negative effects.
ok so water is a renewable resource. So like it just turns back into water
While it has high energy consumption that doesnt hurt nature. They do use fossil feuls but so does like every building and car
I agree that AI pictures arent art but i find them EXTREMELY helpful sometimes to get a basic idea of what Im trying to create.
As a Boy Scout, I noticed a local school was using an empty, uninviting room as a “sensory room” for kids with disabilities. I used AI to visualize how it could be improved, then used that idea to design and build an actual sensory room for my Eagle Scout project. I’m really proud of the result
ik ik huge text drop whatever
It does hurt nature 😭 fym "that doesn't hurt nature" you took the basic fact you learned in 8th grade that "water is a renewable resource" and hence think we'll never face water shortage. If ai continues to operate like this we'll indeed face water shortage. Also people have been visualizing things to get a basic idea of what they want to create without ai. If people is going to depend on ai like this it's going to kill their creativity and thinking capabilities.
I don't think any ai art should be produced, but llms are still important for general information to the public. Also using the ai doesn't use much water at all, it's the training of the ai that uses so much water. Still though, there's a point that's too far with the training, like how companies are buying and shredding books just for the air to grow.
