Unlike Milly, Kassandra has far more knowledge of the Syncro Emerald’s capabilities...but some of these Milly can learn herself.

Chaos energy will be stored overtime as the Syncro Emerald is fully awakened and every turn of Synergy or contact with an artifact related to chaos energy gives her a charge per turn.
She can store as many charges as she’d like, but can never increase the rate she gains charges without the listed methods.

Personal Techniques

  • Overcharge Requisit: Chaos Synergy
    When used the user will gather energy and pour it into their partner, whenever they are connected to can also use this same technique. With the downside being that they cannot fight or defend themselves, only move out of the way of attacks.

Whenever is overcharged will receive a massive boost in terms of abilities and some of the downsides they usually face are reduced.

If the user is being overcharged, they have the same benefits but also now gain an additional charge of chaos energy per turn until overcharge ends.

  • Duality Requisite: Chaos Synergy, the target not expecting it
    When used at any time, the target must make a roll and if they roll below a 14 the user will enforce their will upon them to take full command of them for 7 turns.

This lowers the roll requirement by 2 every use and once it fails the target becomes temporarily immune to all influence of this ability for the rest of the rp. The immunity resets after the rp ends.

  • Miracle Requisites: 20 chaos charges
    With enough chaos energy the user is able to infuse it into an individual near death and heal all injuries they may have sustained no matter the severity.

Requires whatever needed there to mend the damage to be there, complete uninterrupted concentration for 1 turn, cannot be used on self, and has to be done before the target dies.

  • Hand of Madness Requisites: 8 chaos charges
    By infusing chaos energy directly into a target’s mind they can cause them to go out of control completely for 8 turns.

The target cannot attack the user during this period but does not have to defend them, just simply attack whenever or whatever else they see.

This takes 3 turns to fully active and direct line of sight. Cannot be blocked through physical means and have to block it through chaos energy.

  • Chaos Storm Requisites: Chaos Artifact, 20 Charges
    The user will channel energy for 5 turns, during which they cannot use any other abilities or retaliate against attacks. They can only dodge attacks, if at any time they are hit with an attack this ability is forced onto a 1 turn cooldown and the charges they used are lost.

When used successfully the whole Zone is covered in a heavy lightning storm charged with chaos energy for 10 turns.

While active the storm will now rain lightning bolts of chaos energy around the area, if it hits the user they are stunned but gain a temporary power boost for 3 turns afterwards, for anyone connected through chaos synergy they are given this same effect.

No matter what the lightning bolts do significant damage to the targets

Lightning bolts strike every 3 turns, aiming for everyone in the rp.

Precise control over abilities, deep understanding and strong affinity of chaos energy allowing them to manipulate the techniques of others if they’re close enough.

Can freely sense and see chaos energy through any surface, if it has chaos energy, she can find it.

Is a very adept fighter who can quickly adapt to most scenarios.

Weaknesses:
Requires someone or an artifact to help her to use her abilities fully when it comes to, chaos energy.

Despite this being their body Milly can interfere or take back over when they feel like it unless Kassandra thinks of a way to make her go to sleep.

CHARACTER
Personality:
An extremely well mannered individual who will manipulate, lie, and betray without any remorse. More often than not they don’t see anyone around them as people that they should care for unless they somehow peak her interest as a possible test subject or potentially a tool to advance her research.

More often than not she will act if she has to in order to retrieve what she wants if the situation calls for it.

If she were to actually get attached to someone personally, she’d more than likely contribute them to a new experiment— one that she’s sure that she could make them live through and one that holds value to her.

Likes: Chaos Emeralds, 🐟, and conducting experiments.
Dislikes: anyone that stands in her way.
Fears: death, her mother.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil

BACKGROUND
Faction/group: none

Backstory:
Dr. Kassandra is a brilliant prodigy that worked within the Chaotica Acension research project, being the first to fully develop a functioning artificial emerald that evolved upon the concept of the fake emeralds developed originally by the brilliant minds within the G.U.N.’s jurisdiction.

Unlike the minds there however, Kassandra was a very disturbed individual with latent trauma that had haunted her throughout life, leading to a psychotic breakdown in the midst of the lab and enhancing the pull of her obsession to recreate the chaos emeralds. Which ultimately lead to the complete shutdown of the project and cover up of the massacre that took place.

Extra:
Kassandra is living in the same body as Milly who is a chaos based anomaly referred to as a mimic, which copies up to some variation of lifespan within the memory of its host before taking over.

This is what keeps her dormant within the emerald, though with enough probing it’s likely Kassandra herself could take back over her body.

Miracle needs more weaknesses, even tho it needs a lot of chaos charges, it should still have aftermaths.
