Good lord ffs, if what ai generates is art then the person who typed in the prompt is the artist. Calling those people artist is a straight up insult
Like there's difference between random ass sounds and music. Calling every sound music is wrong
Let me give a good example then
Let's say you sew a dress with a needle and thread. And another person with a sewing machine. Would you say the other is wrong for doing it their way?
You might severely lack thinking skills if you think ai "art" is art.
We aren't comparing both since they used different mediums. But you can't just say this I the right way or the wrong way
Years ago there was only one way. But now there is more than one way
Same with hand drawn animation and 3D animation

Both requires skills, and comparing ai pics to that is horrible comparison. Both requires work unlike ai. Like anyone can type in a prompt but not everyone can sew
I don't think I lack thinking skill. You just don't have to expect anything beyond the criterias you have for why you want to call an artwork
All of them have something in common that is it's done by HUMANS aka living things. Typing in a prompt and Calling yourself an artist is embarrassing. I said what I said
