I need help fr my brain won't stop playing music on a loop and everything i say i hear in my brain and the music i hear won't stop everyday is nothing more than agonizing pain i need help fr this thinking problem i had since i was 8 and now am 18 so 10 years ive been hearing the music i heard in tik tok or different places in my brain for 10 years i needed help but i didn't reach to it so nowam asking ypu for help maybe this will rest my brain idk if it's over thinking or i was a thinker person so a thinker person is a guy who just thinks everything all the way through so if he hears music he will hear it on a loop bc he's brain wants to analyze how this music was made but idk
