Hello Nnekysolo! I completely understand being carefulโ€”keeping your ETN safe is the top priority.

To move your tokens to a Zypto wallet, the process depends on where your ETN is currently held. Here is the general flow to do it safely:

1. Set up your Zypto Wallet
* Download the Zypto App (which is a preferred wallet for the Electroneum Smart Chain).
* Follow the setup instructions within the app to create your new Smart Chain address.
* Crucial Safety Tip: Write down your recovery phrase (seed phrase) on paper and keep it somewhere safe. Never share it with anyone, and never type it into a website or send it via DM.

2. Send your ETN
* If your ETN is on an exchange: Go to the "Withdraw" section of the exchange, select ETN, and paste your new Zypto wallet address as the destination.
* If you are using the ETN App: You can send your balance directly to your new Zypto address.
* If you have a Paper Wallet: You should first import it into the ETN App (or CLI wallet). Once imported, the system will handle the migration to the Smart Chain for you, and then you can send it to Zypto.

3. Pro-Tip for Safety
If you are moving a significant amount, I always recommend sending a small "test" transaction first (e.g., 5-10 ETN). Once you see that small amount arrive safely in your Zypto wallet, you can proceed with the rest of your balance.

If you have any specific questions about where you're moving them from, feel free to ask! Stay safe!

I understand, Nnekysolo! Moving from the old wallet to a new one like Zypto is a common step now that we've upgraded to the Smart Chain.

Since your ETN is in the "old" wallet (the ETN App or Online Wallet), the process is actually very smooth because a lot of it happens automatically. Here is exactly what you need to do:

  1. Log in to the ETN App or Website: Access your account at my.electroneum.com or via the ETN App.
  2. Automatic Migration: Once you log in, the system automatically places you in a migration queue. This moves your ETN from the "Legacy" (old) system to the new Smart Chain. You'll see updates on your dashboard once this "Behind-the-Scenes Magic" is finished.
  3. Get your Zypto Address: Open your Zypto App, select Electroneum (ETN), and click "Receive" to copy your new Smart Chain address.
  4. Transfer to Zypto: Once your balance shows as migrated in the ETN App/Online Wallet, simply use the "Send" function within the ETN App and paste your Zypto address as the recipient.

A quick reminder on safety:
* Make sure you are using the official Zypto app.
* The ETN team will never DM you asking for your password or seed phrase.
* As I mentioned before, sending a tiny test amount first is the best way to be 100% sure everything is working perfectly before moving your full balance.

You've got this! Let me know if you run into any specific screens that look confusing.
