As much as I am trying to eat more protein so I can have thiccer thighs and butt, I’m also worried it’ll mean my belly continues to be fat.
If you work out and have a healthy diet your stomach should not grow all too much other than with the muscles
I’m definitely working out more, I try to do leg and glute stuff, stuff that also helps with cardio like glute bridges
As for diet, it’s always been an issue for me do to ARFID, I just try to eat more of the food that I eat that is healthy, like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt for snacks, and something like buttered noodles or quesadillas
i have both arfid and anorexia, best advice i can give is divide foods into 3 categories

Tolerate:
Wont ever eat:
find foods that you tolerate and even though you might not like them as much as the foods you do like, they will help

For a long time, but especially last year, I ate sweets a lot as a form of a coping mechanism.

Sit ups, plank, running
I do situps, I start my bi-daily gym routine with 30 minutes of walking on the treadmil, but I've never done planking before
