Sunday - rest
Mine -
Monday -sleep at 3am,sleep in the afternoon
Repeated till Sunday and maybe a push up of 15 max
Oh daily walks too
Not to forget
eat alot of cooked food

Training for a half so when it’s done just swap out running for Pilates 2x:
Mon- leg day
Tues- run
Wed- upper body
Thurs- run
Fri- full body
Saturday: long run
Sunday: rest
Step 1 open overwatch
Step 2 get into a match
Step 3 crash out on your team
Step 4 Cry like a baby
Step 5 Repeat

And then legs during the end of my workouts
But i dont want to over limit the same techniques over and over so i do limited amunt
monday: track
tuesday: basketball
wednesday: lock in on studies
thursday: tennis
friday: build arm and biceps
saturday: study again
sunday: sleep
