I had my account randomly banned with around 50$ in funds in the account and this was all due to me messaging support asking for support on how I could help my Roomate fix his account he accidently signed up with the wrong email after 5 hours of no help I was banned for using multiple accounts I never once logged into his account on my phone I just contacted support through my account genuinely worst experience ever and will have to contact gaming to get my funds released if it’s not fixed…
Same thing happened to me . Who can I contact to get my funds ? I have 400$ that I won that I can withdraw .

Looks like you got flagged for multi accounting most likely , for helping or using multiple accounts on a single device

it’s against the terms of service to use multiple accounts and it states in the terms of agreement that the money maybe be seized if that situation arises.
I got flagged for trying to use my account to get support for my friend than got flagged for multiple accounts
also it is entirely illegal to close down a account without offering pay out

Yes literally I got banned while contacting support for a entirely different issue
He put in the wrong email and couldn’t access his account due to it
So he used your email ?
So I contacted through mine to try to fix the issue for him than I got flaggged he even did the verification with ID
proving we are different people
Or how did he get flagged

for him and than they flagged me

So from here all u can do is first try
To recover your own account
Which is what your friend should have tried to do in the first place
Because there’s an account recovery process for him to do that
But since you helped or tried your account got suspended
Now you have to try to recover your own account

We tired on his phone at first but every time he tried to contact support said he wasn’t logged in etc
Yes exactly his account is recovered now and I am now banned
Did you try to appeal ? Or was that not an option
I did they said it wasn’t a option
Literally it’s a misunderstanding like I don’t get how they don’t see it because me and my Roomate did a verification check with our ids and face
