It’s been 72 hours, I had to email prizepicks to show proof I have the card physically I use to withdrawl and I never got a email back..

Hey Mods here don’t have access to individual accounts or verification cases, so we can’t see the status on our side.
For anything involving an account hold or card/ID verification, the best move is to contact PrizePicks Support directly:
– Open Live Support via the Help Center in the app
– Or email [email protected] and include the email you used, your username, and that you already sent card documentation so they can look up the ticket
Everytime I do open live support they just say my account on hold

I made a withdrawl then a week later they put my account on hold. I had to verify my card I use to withdrawl. Waited 72 hours and they banned my account but I showed proof…
Ok, so you were able to get your money out but then you were banned?
Yeah, discord mods don't have access to any of the info as to why you were banned, and PrizePicks has the descretion to let tell banned users that information.
Unfortunately, official support or mods can't give you that information.
I can't tell but at the bottom if that email, if there's an option to appeal the decision you could try that route.
