Lol 🤣🤣. I will be supporting the conversation you were having, I might take a different route though than the one you took. I hope you don't mind.

@pearlguitar-88 😑 you are literally cherry-picking one legal line while completely ignoring how international tribu…
happycactus-77

You can call it cherry picked but that is literally the court’s test. If you’re inferring from a pattern of conduct, genocidal intent must be the only reasonable inference from the evidence which you have not yet done

@silentbadger-79 Well, yes, I am Christian.

silentbadger-79 OP

Alright then. Since you don't want that. What is your strongest evidence that Israel is committing a genocide?

@snowysilver-75 Makes sense why he so brain washed

Idk the bible has many verses that goes with not killing innocent people so calling yourself christian while supporting a genocide is not the best look 😬

happycactus-77

He believes that there is a pattern of destruction and therefore the only explanation for the destruction is that Israel wants to kill all Palestinians and there is absolutely no other possible objective (like maybe weaken Hamas)

happycactus-77

He acknowledges that as per the ICJ if you are inferring from conduct there can’t be any other reasonable explanation so he will just reject other explanations flat out like as to why Israel may restrict aid into Gaza (he thinks there is only one possible explanation and that Israel wants to eliminate all Arabs from the region despite the Israeli population being 20% Arab)

@happycactus-77 He believes that there is a pattern of destruction and therefore the only explanation for the destr…
silentbadger-79 OP

Considering the amount of destruction that has been done to Gaza. It is basically impossible to have killed less than 100,000 people, that would be a waste of ammunition. (Verify this please, let us at least agree on some basic facts)

@silentbadger-79 Alright then. Since you don't want that. What is your strongest evidence that Israel is committing…
pearlguitar-88

Well im glad you asked the strongest legal case before the ICJ comes down to three massive points that go way beyond simple military collateral damage
first systematically targeting life sustaining infrastructure like destroying over eighty percent of homes wiping out hospitals cutting off water and restricting food to create famine falls directly under Article II c of the Genocide Convention which covers deliberately inflicting conditions calculated to bring about a group physical destruction
second explicit statements of intent from top political and military leaders who publicly called for total blockades wiping out the region and treating the entire population as hostile when those exact orders are carried out on the ground intent and action align legally
third the cumulative pattern where universities safe zones and basic survival systems are erased shows a level of destruction that can no longer be explained away as standard warfare or tactical military necessity
you can watch the official UN report detailing these exact legal findings here ill dm you thr link....

@silentbadger-79 Considering the amount of destruction that has been done to Gaza. It is basically impossible to hav…

silentbadger-79 OP

Thank you so far, Gabe.
That blame can't be kept on Israel alone, who are just "restricting" aid, they at least allow some aid.

Let us talk about their border with Egypt where for a large duration of the war was not restricted by the IDF, yet the Egyptians(literal brothers to the Palestinians) didn't open their borders to let aid. Their enemy Israel did the same.

Also, It was Nigeria war policy during war to starve the population of the enemy.

@happycactus-77 He acknowledges that as per the ICJ if you are inferring from conduct there can’t be any other reas…
pearlguitar-88

The fact that you are building a massive strawman instead of engaging with the actual argument is kind embarrassing 😬
first nobody said anything about eliminating all Arabs across the entire Middle East. the legal case at the ICJ is specifically about Gaza and the physical destruction of the Palestinian population living there under Article II of the Genocide Convention. trying to use demographics inside Israel to deflect from what is being done to Gaza is a complete pivot.
second rejecting alternative explanations isn't a personal choice. under international law courts evaluate whether an explanation is legally and factually "reasonable." when an entire population faces starvation because aid is systematically blocked at borders, claiming "security checks" stops being a reasonable explanation when international humanitarian agencies, the UN, and the ICJ all document that the restrictions are arbitrary and causing artificial famine.
an excuse doesn't automatically become a "reasonable inference" just because a government says it out loud. when the direct, obvious, and predictable result of a policy is making a territory completely uninhabitable, trying to hide behind blanket security excuses doesn't erase the legal reality of what is happening on the ground.

@pearlguitar-88 Yeah it's around 100k to 186k
silentbadger-79 OP

Did you concede to the point I made here? That Israel deliberately saved a lot of lives by bombing empty buildings, not when civilians were living there?

Exactly, Hamas were literally firing missiles at Israel for a large duration of the war, including Hezbollah, if not for the Iron Dome, Israel could literally have been flattened

@silentbadger-79 There is no starvation, UN has already debunked that themselves.
pearlguitar-88

Yes there is infect 500 confirmed people have died from starvation and 160 of them are innocent children not to forget as we speak they are being starved to death as we speak

@quickranger-40 free palestine from hamas

This number actually proves my point.

@snowysilver-75 Just lay back and don't bother there is no point in debating such obvious topics
pearlguitar-88

No point they made makes any sense it's one of the two either hamas is using them as a human shield or they just justify israel bombing hospitals which no right human being would accept

@snowysilver-75 Bruh I don't agree with hamas policies buy saying free palastine from hamas is absurd alot of villa…
quickranger-40

its literally not absurd. hamas was "elected" more than 20 years ago but then took control by force. most palestinians today werent even able to vote or had no role in voting for hamas so theyre suffering as a result of it

quickranger-40

hamas isnt representing palestine appropriately and its sad because there's real progress that should have happened if not for hamas

@silentbadger-79 This number actually proves my point.
pearlguitar-88

You didn't read what i said didn't you... bc some little numbers of them died doesn't mean they are not being starved

@silentbadger-79 Check how many died from starvation in the ongoing Yemen and Sudan war

silentbadger-79 OP

And just to confirm? Did you know that Israel permitted the vaccination of over 300,000 children in Gaza from a disease?

That is very absurd for them to do, if they wanted a genocide. That's unprecedented in any genocide that has ever happened, it has not even happened in a war

@pearlguitar-88 You didn't read what i said didn't you... bc some little numbers of them died doesn't mean they are…
silentbadger-79 OP

People die from starvation in countries that are not fighting war. If 500 does from starvation amongst a population of 2 million people during war, that is an exceptionally good number.

silentbadger-79 OP

Israel is the only country in the world to have permitted the vaccination of the enemy peoples children at such a number.

@quickranger-40 its literally not absurd. hamas was "elected" more than 20 years ago but then took control by force…

U can't blame ppl to take wepon after being bombed and obviously uneducated ppl with wepons will end up radicalising there is a reason why such happened and u can't fucking blame Hamas for a idf soldier tweeting abt how he 🍇 a 14 year old Palestinian tf

@silentbadger-79 And just to confirm? Did you know that Israel permitted the vaccination of over 300,000 children in…
pearlguitar-88

Ill say this and leave bc no point you say is making sense pointing to a WHO and UN run vaccination drive to argue against genocide shows you are missing how international law and diplomacy work
first the polio campaign was forced into motion because the total destruction of Gaza sanitation and water infrastructure caused a 25 year eradicated virus to resurface posing a massive public health catastrophe that threatened the entire region including surrounding states and soldiers on the ground
second allowing temporary humanitarian pauses under intense global political pressure to let aid organizations administer vaccines does not erase the systemic destruction of the rest of the healthcare system or the overall living conditions
third performing localized humanitarian gestures or allowing basic aid under international pressure has happened in numerous historic conflicts that were later legally classified as genocide state actions are judged in court by the cumulative pattern of destruction not by isolated exceptions done under massive international coercion
Gaza Polio Vaccination Campaign
This news report outlines the severe humanitarian challenges and blockades surrounding the Gaza polio vaccination campaign, highlighting the complex conditions under which aid agencies operates on the ground you got that??

tell me youre uneducated without telling me youre uneducated. this whole conversation is so much deeper than than a fucking tweet be SO fr. israel withdrew occupation in 2005, hamas was elected a year later and became a vocalized threat, and israel stepped in. didnt escalate until hamas actions on oct 7. im not saying that what you said isnt true but its disregarding what the real conflict is here

@silentbadger-79 Have a nice day. I appreciate your use of A.I. Do a little more research on it personally, later on
pearlguitar-88

Ai he says :tomsip: that proves nothing but that i won this argument have a nice day

quickranger-40

israel shouldnt occupy anything palestinian, however i do see how they had no choice to step in when a visible and obvious threat was arising next door
